How to Prepare It

Soak: Place the rice noodles into a suitable container and cover them completely with boiling water.
Rest: Cover the container with a lid and let it stand for 2 minutes.
Drain & Serve: Drain off the excess water completely using a strainer or colander, separate the strands gently with a fork, and it is ready to serve hot.
